Operator - Roll Forming

Operations & Process Control Set up, operate and monitor the roll forming or slitting line in accordance with job orders and production specifications, SOPs and approved operating parameters. Operate the uncoiler, forming or slitting units, stacking or rewinding units, and related equipment. Handle, identify, label, weigh, band, arrange and transfer materials and finished products using approved methods. Maintain coil traceability, monitor material usage, execute job orders in the correct sequence, and accurately account for production, downtime and scrap. Conduct daily equipment inspections, cleaning, lubrication and approved operator-level adjustments; report abnormalities and support authorised maintenance activities. Complete production records and shift handover communication. Participate in 6S, autonomous maintenance, waste reduction, peer knowledge sharing, onboarding support and approved company initiatives Quality Management Ensure products meet customer specifications and established quality standards. Maintain product traceability and support quality improvement initiatives. Check incoming materials, monitor the production process and verify finished products against specified quality requirements, including profile, cover width, dimensions and appearance. Identify, segregate, label, record and report defective or non-conforming material to Quality personnel. Stop or hold production where results fall outside approved limits, maintain product traceability, and support corrective action within the operator’s authority Equipment Care & Housekeeping Comply with all Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality (HSEQ) requirements, policies and procedures. Adhere to LOTOTO, Permit-to-Work and safe work practices. Identify, report and address unsafe conditions and near misses. Participate in safety inspections, toolbox talks and emergency response activities. Maintain housekeeping standards through implementation of 6S
