Start free — we apply for you →We are looking for an organised and enthusiastic Operations Support Coordinator to join our Team during an exciting period of growth and transformation. Initially offered as a temporary position, this role has the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.
As a key member of the team, you will help keep our operations running smoothly by acting as a central point of contact for residents, contractors, and colleagues, while supporting vital administrative and compliance processes across our portfolio. Your work will directly contribute to excellent customer service, enable the wider team to focus on delivering exceptional property management, and help shape the success of our ongoing transformation journey.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be our professional first point of contact for residents, contractors, clients, and colleagues, ensuring calls are answered, directed, and recorded promptly.
- Respond to correspondence within agreed service standards, delivering a positive customer experience.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records across company systems, ensuring data integrity at all times.
- Manage general administrative activities, including document management, electronic filing, and record keeping.
- Prepare and distribute resident communications, including mail merges and building updates.
- Monitor and manage assigned mailboxes, ensuring enquiries are actioned, filed, and directed appropriately.
- Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance administrative processes and efficiency.
- Undertake additional duties that support the wider team and business objectives as required.
YOU'LL ALSO SUPPORT THE WIDER TEAM WITH
- Responding to enquiries and information requests.
- Maintaining accurate compliance records and documentation.
- Supporting procurement activities and contract renewal administration.
- Providing cover during periods of annual leave and absence.
- Assisting with operational and administrative projects across the portfolio.
- Helping ensure key business processes are completed accurately and on time.

- Umhlanga-based role
- Temporary, 2 Calendar months, starting 14 September - potential to turn permanent
- Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm UK time
