About the Role: The Operations Manager will lead day-to-day operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. This role requires managing multiple engineering projects, improving operational efficiency, and fostering OEM partnerships. Key Responsibilities: Lead operational activities across all business units. Oversee engineering projects from inception to completion. Ensure projects meet quality standards and client specifications. Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement. Manage project resources, subcontractors, and suppliers. Develop strategic partnerships with OEMs. Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency. Support Bid and Sales teams with technical input. Maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards. Prepare weekly operational reports. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, or related field will be advantageous. 1-2 years' experience in Operations or Project Management. Strong leadership and project management skills. Experience in engineering, mining, or construction sectors. Knowledge of project planning and contract management. Excellent communication and decision-making abilities. Must have valid drivers license and own reliable transport. Advantageous: Professional registration with ECSA or equivalent. Project Management qualification (PMP, PRINCE2). Experience with OEM partnerships and management systems.
