The Operations Manager ensures seamless daily operations , leading multiple departments to deliver exceptional, personalised guest experiences that define the property. Detail: Duties: Lead the daily operation of Rooms Division, Front Office, Housekeeping, Spa, and Food & Beverage, ensuring seamless coordination, consistent service delivery, and adherence to luxury standards. Uphold exceptional service standards and operational excellence. Enhance every guest journey with personalised, detail-driven touches. Foster a strong, values-driven team culture. Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental standards.
