Key Responsibilities
Drive cost control, labour management, and operational efficiency
Ensure compliance with company policies, audits, and food safety standards (FSSC 22000)
Lead continuous improvement in processes, service levels, and cost management
Oversee picking, receiving, facility and equipment maintenance
Manage risk, health & safety, and preventative maintenance programs
Plan and report on daily/weekly operations and budgets
Lead and develop staff through meetings, one-on-ones, and certification compliance
Minimum Requirements
1012 years warehousing & distribution management experience in FMCG/QSR
Tertiary qualification in Logistics Management (degree/postgrad compulsory)
Advanced MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
Strong Warehouse Management Systems expertise
