Candiate must have
- 5+ Years'' experience in a similar role or in the hospitality industry
- Senior Management experience
- Strong communication skill
- Own transport
Must be able to reach profit targets of
a. Beverages 70% GP (or 30% cost)
b. Food 60% GP (or 30% cost)
c. Overall GP 65%
