CONTROL ROOM CONTROLLER WANTED KZN We are a Private Security Alarm and response company based in Pietermaritzburg. We are recruiting an experienced Control Room Controller to join our monitoring team. Requirements: Previous experience working in a control room environment, essential Proficient with monitoring software such as Watch Manager and Listener Valid PSIRA registration Excellent communication skills, well spoken and confident on radio and telephone Strong attention to detail and accurate record keeping Able to work under pressure and handle emergencies calmly Punctual, reliable, and able to work shifts, including nights and weekends Neat and professional presentation Clear criminal record Own reliable transport to and from shifts an advantage Duties include: Monitoring alarm signals and CCTV feeds across client sites Dispatching armed response officers to activations Logging and reporting incidents accurately Liaising with clients, officers, and management via radio and telephone Maintaining strict confidentiality and professionalism at all times What we offer: Uniform provided where applicable Opportunity to grow with an expanding company Salary to be discussed at interview To apply: Please contact us via Gumtree message.
