MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Diploma or Degree in Agriculture, Logistics, Business Administration, Hospitality Management or a related field will be advantageous.
Valid driver's licence.
2–5 years' experience in agriculture, logistics, hospitality, customer service or operations.
Previous supervisory or team coordination experience will be advantageous.
Experience in export logistics or freight coordination will be advantageous.
Experience managing guest accommodation or hospitality operations will be advantageous.

Computer literacy in Microsoft Office Excel, Outlook and Word.
Experience with FreshPortal, Floriday or similar flower export systems will be advantageous; however, full in-house training will be provided.
A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
