Start free — we apply for you →Key Responsibilities: Monitor foreign exchange markets and prepare daily market updates. Support foreign exchange trade execution, trade capture and settlements. Process international payments and liaise with banking partners. Assist clients with foreign exchange, banking and transaction-related queries. Perform KYC verification and support FICA, AML and regulatory compliance. Process foreign currency transactions and complete cash reconciliations. Assist with financial administration, invoicing and debtor follow-ups. Provide operational support for card services and financial systems. Maintain accurate records and assist with reporting and process improvements.
Requirements: Experience in financial services, banking, foreign exchange or a related operational role. Good understanding of international payments and financial markets. Knowledge of FICA, AML, KYC and exchange control requirements. Strong numerical, analytical and reconciliation skills. Excellent communication and client service abilities. Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills. High attention to detail, accuracy and confidentiality. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Advantageous: Experience with financial or trading systems. Knowledge of Xero, Hubdoc, Bloomberg, Reuters or similar platforms. RE5 qualification and FICA/AML training.
