Operational Intelligence Administrator

Role Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented AI Validator to join our operational Intelligence team. This role is central to ensuring that the OCR (Optical Character Recognition) data extracted from scanned documents meets strict accuracy, formatting, and completeness standards before it is centralized and reported. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, quick-thinking, and passionate about data integrity. Key Responsibilities: Validate OCR-extracted data for accuracy and consistency. Ensure extracted data is correctly interpreted and meets expected quality standards. Identify and correct formatting or completeness issues in data entries. Update and maintain cleaned and verified data in centralized spreadsheets. Collaborate with AI Auditors and supervisors to resolve discrepancies. Document validation checks and maintain audit trails. Participate in continuous process improvement and provide feedback on OCR tool performance. Adhere to established data handling and privacy protocols.
