- Grade 12 / Matric.
- Diploma or Degree in Food Technology, Biotechnology, Food & Nutrition, or Analytical Chemistry.
- 23 years relevant experience.
- Experience in Fats & Oils manufacturing will be an advantage.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct daily online quality control, including initial inspection of all production lines and ensuring compliance with quality standards and procedures.
- Monitor staff compliance with GMP and hygiene requirements before production start-up and throughout the shift.
- Perform routine analysis and testing of incoming and outgoing tankers, storage tanks, line samples, and other required samples.
- Conduct all required final product and packed goods inspections at warehouse level before dispatch.
- Verify cold-room stock and monitor cold-room efficiency.
- Maintain and control documentation required for FSSC standards.
- Inspect incoming packaging materials and raw materials used in production.
- Ensure quality issues are identified, documented, and addressed promptly to maintain product safety and specification compliance.
