About the Opportunity
Medical Resources Group is recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Oncology Case Manager to join their healthcare team.
The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting the Oncology Disease Management Programme , with a focus on managing scheme risk while ensuring quality care and appropriate outcomes for members.
This opportunity is ideally suited to a qualified nursing professional with strong clinical experience and specific experience in Oncology Disease Management .
Key Responsibilities
Support the effective management of the Oncology Disease Management Programme.
Assist in ensuring quality care and appropriate management of oncology patients.
Contribute towards limiting healthcare scheme risk through effective disease management.
Apply clinical knowledge and experience to support appropriate member care.
Maintain accurate and appropriate member and clinical information.
Communicate effectively with relevant stakeholders regarding member care and disease management.
Work in accordance with applicable healthcare, clinical and organisational requirements.
Minimum Requirements
Grade 12 / Matric
Diploma in Nursing
Active SANC Membership
Minimum 5 years’ clinical experience
Minimum 2 years’ experience in Oncology Disease Management
