On-the-Road Sales Representative

Are you ambitious, confident, and ready to kickstart your career in sales? We are looking for two junior female Sales Representatives to join our dynamic team in the metalworking machine industry. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience, build strong customer relationships, and grow into a successful sales professional.

What You'll Do

• Engage with customers daily to understand their needs and present solutions.

• Drive sales of machinery, accessories, and spare parts through internal and external channels.

• Visit clients to generate new business and close deals.

• Manage tenders and submissions for government contracts.

• Advise on spare parts and provide after-sales support.

• Coordinate with technical teams and manage logistics from the Far East.

• Assist with stock control and warehouse operations.

• Support marketing through email campaigns, newsletters, and website updates.

• Report weekly on sales and projects.

• Stay ahead of industry trends and technology.

What We're Looking For

• Education : Matric or equivalent NQF Level 4 qualification.

• Presentation : Professional and well-groomed.

• Age range : 20–30 years old.

• Experience : Proven track record in sales; industry experience is a plus.

• Skills : Confident, assertive, responsive, with strong problem-solving ability.

• Integrity : High ethical standards and accountability.

• Motivation : Ambitious, results-driven, and highly motivated.

• Efficiency : Strong sense of responsibility with high accuracy.

• Communication : Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Afrikaans
