Requirements
- National Diploma NQF Level 6 in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Degree qualification in HR or Social Science will be an added advantage.
- 2 – 4 years' experience in a similar HCM role.
- Valid Code B driver's license. Added advantage,
- Strong computer literacy MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.
- Knowledge of HR legislation BCEA, EE, LRA, Skills Development act, etc..
- Experience with HR systems e.g. SAGE 300.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and administrative skills.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and handle confidential matters.
Responsibilities
- Ensure integrity of employee data on SAGE300, People Management Module, and PM SharePoint folder to ensure that information is captured correctly.
- Compile and submit monthly Performance Management stats reports.
- Prepare and update ESS/SharePoint Weekly and Monthly reports to the Senior Manager Performance Management.
- Consolidate and update information for performance management.
- Ensure compliance through periodic audits and accurate data management.
- Conduct quality checks on all performance agreement, reviews before uploading on the SharePoint system.
- Update the PM database and provide accurate and reliable statistics when required.
- Consolidate weekly and monthly updates from the Staff Establishment and update PM.
- Ensure alignment of performance management standards on performance agreements/work plans and reviews.
- Capture all updated performance data ratings/scores to the PM system.
- Consolidate and update the submission of work plans and performance agreements to divisions allocated to.
- Contribute to the development, review, and maintenance of the performance management system and processes.
- Render a human resource advisory service to the management of the Department by investigating, analysing, benchmarking, and interpreting legislation, prescripts, and other human resource-related issues to promote an effective human resource environment.
- Prepare the Regional Moderations packs in preparation of the moderation sittings.
- Compile minutes and all administrative activities for the Unit.
