We’re looking for a reliable, friendly Office Cleaner & Guest Host to keep a professional office looking its best and its visitors feeling at home. You’ll bring equal care to the finishing touches and the first impressions.
What you'll be doing
Keep things sparkling
Keep offices, reception, meeting rooms, restrooms and kitchens clean, fresh and ready for the day.
Dust, vacuum, sweep and mop floors, giving busy areas a little extra attention.
Sanitise desks, door handles, light switches and shared office equipment.
Empty rubbish and recycling bins, and top up soap, paper towels and tissues.
Keep an eye on cleaning supplies and flag low stock before the last bottle runs dry.
Serve up a warm welcome
Greet clients and visitors in a friendly, professional manner.
Prepare and serve tea, coffee and refreshments for guests and staff.
Keep beverage stations clean, organised and fully stocked.
Clear and sanitise meeting rooms after appointments, ready for the next hello.
What you’ll bring
Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience in an office or professional environment.
Fluent spoken and written English to communicate confidently with guests and colleagues.
A hotel or hospitality background would be a big plus, particularly in front-of-house service, room service or high-end housekeeping.
Neat personal presentation, a friendly manner and pride in great service.
An eye for detail and the initiative to notice what needs doing.
A punctual, dependable and discreet approach, with the ability to work independently.
