Introduction

An established international company with local operations in Boksburg, South Africa, is looking for a highly organised, proactive and detail-oriented Snr   Administrator to join their team.

As part of an international business renowned for digital branding and innovation , this role will provide essential administrative support across the business, working closely with management, clients, suppliers and internal teams.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day office administration , filing and recordkeeping
  • Provide administrative and reporting support to management
  • Assist with HR administration , records and payroll inputs
  • Capture incoming supplier materials and maintain accurate system records
  • Manage proof of delivery, goods-received and logistics documentation
  • Process and allocate courier and logistics documentation
  • Assist with client queries and after-sales administration
  • Prepare quotations, proformas and sales documentation
  • Maintain quotation records and follow up on outstanding quotations
  • Upload and maintain documents on relevant systems
  • Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete and up to date
  • Assist with general office and operational requirements as needed

Desired Experience & Qualification

  • National Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Office Management or a related field
  • 2–3 years' experience in office or HR administration
  • Experience with HRIS or payroll systems
  • Knowledge of South African labour legislation, including BCEA, Employment Equity and SDL requirements
  • Experience with Skills Development and Employment Equity reporting
  • Strong MS Office skills , particularly Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Professional, reliable and proactive approach
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity
  • HR or Payroll Administration qualification (Advantageous)
  • Previous experience in a client-facing or consulting environment
