Job Description

Areas of Responsibility

  • The position is responsible for the general office administration function of the Radiopharmacy in Midrand and also nationally, including but not limited to the correct and timeous pro-forma invoicing, logistics and dispatch of Radiopharmacy and Nuclear related products.
  • Order processing and invoicing
  • Capturing and invoicing of Cape Town orders.
  • Capturing and processing FDG's.
  • Monitoring ADSL ordering.
  • Invoicing of additional LTE invoices to practices.
  • Ensuring that customer orders are available on time taking into consideration the preparation time, calibration time and delivery time.

Generating of quotes

  • Creating quotes for Pharmacy, Nuclear and radiotherapy.
  • Create and process pro forma.

Customer Queries

  • Resolve customer queries.
  • Co-ordinate deliveries with drivers.
  • Lease with clients on any production failures
  • Assist with pharmacy stock
  • Manage inter branch transfers
  • Manage SCT transfers between lab and pharmacies
  • Monitor min/max levels of stock

Administration

  • General ad hoc administration tasks as and when required by the position and other departments

Requirements

Qualifications

  • A Grade 12 certificate is a minimum requirement.
  • Advanced relevant post-graduate studies or qualifications in a Radio-Pharmaceuticals field will be an advantage.

Experience required

  • Minimum of 2 years experience working in a Medical Manufacturing environment/Laboratory or relevant industry;
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint is required.
  • Good verbal communication skills required for interaction with colleagues as well as customers;
  • Good written communication skills in order to prepare Emails, Reports and procedures.
  • Good conflict handling ability

Additional Requirements

  • The candidate is required to reside in the Midrand or closeby area.

Reporting

  • This position will report to the Responsible Pharmacist and the Group Pharmacy Manager.
