Individual can earn 20% of annual salary as incentive in a year + Pension + Medical 50/50 + Company Car + Company Mobile + Company Laptop + Company Fuel card + Company Credit card Purpose Of The Job: The purpose of this role is to support and generate sales within the OEM's Pre-Owned Centre, with a strong focus on achieving pre-owned sales targets and commercial objectives set by the Company. The successful candidate will also support the qualitative re-entry of truck returns from Buyback and Tradeback contracts, as well as trade-in units where required. This may include travel within South Africa to assess vehicle condition and mechanical validity in line with official inspection processes. Ideal Candidate Applicants from Dealer or OEM level with on the ground experience Truck Sales Professionals with a hunger to earn and a proven stable sales record Detail: Key Responsibilities: Sales & Market Development Drive and support Pre-Owned sales through the commercial partner and dealer network Assist with Pre-Owned sales volume setting and achievement Introduce new clients to the brand through used truck opportunities Maintain and grow relationships with customers, suppliers, dealers and internal stakeholders Conduct a minimum of 8 joint customer visits per month with completed visit reports Inventory, Operations & Reporting Support used truck inventory management and aged inventory reduction Assist with trade-in, buyback and tradeback vehicle inspections and condition assessments Provide sales and technical support relating to pre-owned commercial vehicle solutions Act as liaison for information sharing and strategic implementation across the dealer network Prepare accurate weekly and monthly reports for the relevant Manager Minimum Requirements: Relevant tertiary qualification or technical degree in a motor-related field Minimum 3 years' sales experience in a similar role within the Commercial Vehicle Industry, preferably with a competitor in SACU or the Southern Africa right-hand-drive region Pre-Owned experience and knowledge of the pre-owned commercial vehicle market, including multi-brand product price points Motor Industry experience Essential! Customer Network & Tools: Own database of current Pre-Owned customers in South Africa or export markets is mandatory Good computer skills are required, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint Experience in facilitation, coaching, training or presentations will be advantageous Professional Attributes: Target driven, sales orientated and proactive Performs under pressure while remaining calm and professional Demonstrates honesty, integrity, autonomy and commitment to self-development Please note only candidates with the required experience will be contacted and considered.
