- Vox is seeking a motivated and professional Occupational Health & Safety Officer / Coordinator to support our Group OHS & Facilities Manager in driving compliance, safety culture, and operational excellence across our offices.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with monthly OHS audits, consultant visits, and corrective actions.
- Coordinate health & safety documentation, training, and supplier compliance.
- Manage access control systems, including card issuance and contractor access.
- Support OHS Committee meetings, risk assessments, and tender documentation.
- Provide ad‑hoc facilities support for site maintenance and projects.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3 -5 years' experience in a Health & Safety environment.
- Grade 12 plus a secondary qualification in OHS NQF level.
- Strong knowledge of OHS legislation and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
- Professional, disciplined, and self‑motivated with strong time management.
- Computer literate Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word.
- Own transport required.
