This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing organisation where you will be responsible for providing technical support, coordinating maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and delivering exceptional customer service to maximise equipment reliability and operational efficiency. Detail: Requirements: Qualified 3-Phase Installation Electrician. Electrical Engineering Diploma (advantageous). 3–5 years' experience in fault finding, system integration, and solar installations. Computer literacy (MS Office Suite, SAP, ERP systems, and job-specific software). Knowledge of production, engineering, sales, and maintenance processes. Valid driver's licence. Ability to work independently and within a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Responsibilities: Provide technical support to ensure reliable and efficient system operation. Diagnose and resolve technical faults within agreed service levels. Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions. Reduce repeat technical issues through proactive problem solving. Provide proactive technical updates and recommendations. Plan and coordinate preventative maintenance activities. Ensure maintenance plans are executed according to schedule. Minimise equipment downtime through effective maintenance planning. Support maintenance teams during repairs and servicing. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards. Maintain maintenance records in line with ISO standards. Participate in compliance and HSE audits. Monitor and improve compliance audit scores. Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders. Resolve customer queries within agreed service level agreements (SLAs). Investigate and resolve maintenance-related customer complaints. Build and maintain positive client relationships. Support continuous improvement initiatives within the maintenance function.
