Minimum Qualifications : - Bachelors degree in Nursing or a related field (Postgraduate qualification in Nursing or Healthcare Management advantageous) - Registered with the South African Nursing Council (SANC) Minimum of 5 years of nursing management experience in a hospital or healthcare setting - Strong knowledge of nursing protocols, healthcare regulations, and patient care standards - Proven leadership and team management experience - Proficiency in using health management Information system (HMIS) (advantageous)
