- Minimum 5 years' experience in non-motor short-term insurance claims administration. Strong knowledge of household, commercial, property, all-risk, and other non-motor insurance products. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and administrative skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple claims simultaneously.
Job Description
- Administer and process non-motor short-term insurance claims efficiently and accurately.
- Manage claims from registration through to final settlement.
- Liaise with policyholders, brokers, assessors, service providers, and insurers.
- Ensure all claims are handled in accordance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Investigate claim documentation and obtain supporting information where necessary.
- Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders.
- Deliver excellent customer service throughout the claims process.
- Matric / Grade 12.
- Relevant insurance qualification will be advantageous.
