About the Opportunity
Our client, a boutique hotel located in Kuilsrivier, is seeking a dependable, friendly and professional Night Relief Receptionist to support their Front Office operations.
The successful candidate will provide reception coverage during scheduled night relief shifts, ensuring guests receive excellent service and hotel operations continue smoothly throughout the night.
Duties & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests during night shifts.
- Manage guest check-ins and check-outs.
- Answer telephone calls, emails and guest enquiries.
- Assist with reservations, amendments and cancellations.
- Process guest payments and maintain accurate reception records.
- Complete general reception administration and documentation.
- Assist with basic overnight reporting and administrative duties.
- Ensure clear and accurate handovers to the next shift.
- Handle guest requests and concerns professionally.
- Follow hotel security procedures and operational standards.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Minimum Requirements
- Previous reception, hospitality or customer-service experience.
- Good computer literacy and administrative abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Friendly, professional and guest-focused attitude.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts.
- Professional appearance and presentation.
- Valid driver's licence and own reliable transport are essential.
- Flexible availability to work night shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Location: Kuilsrivier, You need to reside in the Kuilsrivier / Brackenfell area.
