About the Opportunity
Our client, a boutique hotel situated in Kuilsrivier is seeking a reliable, professional and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join their Front Office team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing front desk operations during night shifts, assisting guests, completing daily administrative and financial reconciliations, and ensuring a smooth handover to the morning team.
Duties & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins and check-outs during night shifts.
- Handle guest enquiries, requests and reservations professionally.
- Complete daily financial reconciliations and night audit procedures.
- Verify guest accounts, payments and billing information.
- Maintain accurate reception records and administrative documentation.
- Prepare daily reports and ensure accurate shift handovers.
- Respond professionally to guest concerns and after-hours requests.
- Maintain excellent guest service and a welcoming reception environment.
- Follow hotel policies, security procedures and operational standards.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Minimum Requirements
- Previous hotel reception or night auditing experience.
- Basic understanding of hotel billing, payment processing and financial reconciliation.
- Good computer literacy and administrative skills.
- Experience with hotel reservation or property management systems is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
- Professional appearance and manner.
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility during night shifts.
- Valid driver's licence and own reliable transport are essential.
- Willingness to work night shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Location: Kuilsrivier, You need to reside in the Kuilsrivier / Brackenfell area.

Working Hours: Generally 21:00–06:00, including weekends and public holidays as scheduled
