Key Responsibilities
- NiFi Administration: Creating new NiFi pipelines and acting as the primary point of contact for NiFi administration and issue resolution.
- Access Management: Providing access to new users.
- Monthly Bounce: Performing monthly Hadoop application/service restarts.
- Optimization: Optimizing critical services such as Hive, PostgreSQL etc.
- Development Support: Providing technical guidance to development team on Hive and Airflow-related implementation blockers.
- P0/P1 Support: Acting as the primary point of contact for P0/P1 issues, such as complete cluster outages and major service failures.
- Technical Coordination: Coordinating with application, infrastructure, security, and database teams to resolve cross-platform production issues.
