- Conduct detailed financial modelling, valuation analysis, and scenario planning
- Prepare high-quality client presentations, pitch decks, and information memoranda
- Perform industry, market, and company research to support transactions
- Assist with deal execution, including due diligence and transaction coordination
- Analyse financial statements and identify key business drivers and risks
- Support senior bankers in client engagements and strategic advisory work
- Maintain financial databases and ensure accuracy of all outputs
Minimum Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- Strong academic track record
- 13 years relevant experience in:
- Corporate finance
- Investment banking
- Transaction advisory
- Private equity / consulting (advantageous)
Technical & Competency Requirements
• Advanced financial modelling and Excel skills • Solid understanding of valuation methodologies (DCF, comparables, transaction multiples) • Strong analytical and quantitative ability • High attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency in PowerPoint and presentation development Apply now!
