- Bachelor of Laws (LLB) qualification
- Admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa
- Strong foundational knowledge and demonstrable interest in ICT Law and technology-related legal issues
- Understanding of the POPI Act , cybercrime, and digital evidence principles
- Excellent legal research, drafting, and writing skills.
- Ability to work accurately under pressure and manage multiple matters simultaneously
- Strong communication and client liaison skills
- Proficiency with standard computer operations, legal practice software, and advanced MS Office skills (Word, Outlook, Excel)
