Detail: Description: Manage and lead the New Vehicle Sales Department. Drive the achievement of monthly and annual vehicle sales targets. Manage a sales volume of approximately 100–120 units per month. Lead, motivate, coach and develop a team of Vehicle Sales Executives. Monitor individual and departmental sales performance. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximise vehicle sales and profitability. Ensure effective lead management and follow-up processes. Monitor stock levels, vehicle ageing and model mix. Ensure vehicles are correctly presented, priced and marketed. Monitor gross profit and departmental profitability. Manage customer relationships and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Ensure compliance with dealership policies, manufacturer standards and relevant legislation. Requirements: Matric / Grade 12. Valid Driver's Licence. Previous experience as a New Vehicle Sales Manager within a motor dealership. Proven track record of managing a high-volume sales operation. Experience managing approximately 100–120 units per month will be highly advantageous. Strong knowledge of dealership sales processes and vehicle finance. Proven ability to manage, motivate and develop a sales team. Strong understanding of vehicle gross profit, targets and sales performance. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
