- Collect and deliver new, pre-owned and customer vehicles as required
- Transport customers and staff when authorised
- Collect and deliver parts, licensing documents and other dealership items
- Safely move and park vehicles within dealership and storage areas
- Assist with vehicle movements for servicing, roadworthy inspections, licensing, preparation and customer deliveries
- Inspect vehicles before and after trips and record mileage, fuel level and visible damage
- Complete vehicle movement logs, collection forms and delivery documentation accurately
- Report accidents, damage, warning lights, mechanical faults or delays immediately
- Ensure vehicles are clean and presentable for customer handovers
- Assist with vehicle washing and preparation when required
- Refuel or charge vehicles as instructed and submit relevant receipts
- Maintain secure control of vehicle keys
- Follow all traffic laws, speed limits and dealership procedures
- Use vehicles only for authorised business purposes
- Provide professional and courteous customer service
- Assist with dealership errands and other reasonable operational duties
