Start free — we apply for you →- An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Vehicle Stock Controller to manage the dealership's new and used vehicle inventory. The role includes stock control, vehicle invoicing, reconciliations, OEM compliance, reporting, and ensuring accurate inventory records across all systems.
Requirements
- Grade 12 Matric
- Diploma or Certificate in Accounting, Business Administration, or similar advantageous
- 2–5 years' experience in a vehicle dealership stock control role
- Experience within a premium or luxury dealership environment preferred
- Experience with Dealer Management Systems Kerridge, Autoline, Evolve, or similar
- Strong Microsoft Excel and reconciliation skills
- Understanding of stock control, invoicing, and basic accounting principles
