The ideal candidates must have previous vehicle sales experience within a motor dealership, a proven ability to achieve sales targets and excellent customer relationship skills.
We are looking for motivated sales professionals who are passionate about the motor industry and committed to delivering exceptional customer service.
Minimum Requirements Previous New and/or Used Vehicle Sales experience within a motor dealership is essential. Proven vehicle sales track record and ability to achieve monthly targets. Strong prospecting and lead-generation skills. Excellent communication, negotiation and sales closing abilities. Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships. Stable employment history with contactable references. Valid driver's licence.
Remuneration Package Basic Salary: R11,500 – R13,500 per month. Lucrative commission structure. Company vehicle. Fuel allowance. Medical Aid and Pension Fund.
