- A well-established motor dealership in Centurion is currently seeking experienced and target-driven New and Used Vehicle Sales Executives to join its sales team.
- The ideal candidates must have previous vehicle sales experience within a motor dealership, a proven ability to achieve sales targets and excellent customer relationship skills.
- We are looking for motivated sales professionals who are passionate about the motor industry and committed to delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new vehicle sales opportunities through prospecting and referrals.
- Assist customers with new and pre-owned vehicle purchases.
- Conduct professional vehicle presentations and test drives.
- Follow up on sales leads and customer enquiries.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve and exceed monthly vehicle sales targets.
- Complete sales documentation accurately and professionally.
Minimum Requirements
- Previous New and/or Used Vehicle Sales experience within a motor dealership is essential.
- Proven vehicle sales track record and ability to achieve monthly targets.
- Strong prospecting and lead-generation skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and sales closing abilities.
- Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Stable employment history with contactable references.
- Valid driver's licence.
Salary & Benefits
- Basic Salary: R11,500 – R13,500 per month.
