Darling Romery is a dairy processing plant in Darling, Western Cape, handling the manufacturing, packaging and distribution of fresh milk, fruit juices and dairy-related products. We are inviting applications for a New Product Development Manager to join our Quality team. Candidates with a demonstrated commitment to quality and continuous improvement are encouraged to apply.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage current recipes
- Develop and improve current products
- Develop new products
- Manage product labelling and artwork
- Support the team in managing quality and food safety
Desired Experience & Qualification
•BSc degree or diploma applicable to the food industry (e.g. BSc Food Science, B.Tech Food Technology, BSc Consumer Science)
•Excellent planning, organizing and management skills
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
•Computer literacy: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, X3
•Proactive approach to the execution of duties and planning
