• Lead and motivate the new vehicle sales team to achieve monthly sales and profitability targets. • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and marketing initiatives. • Monitor daily sales activity, enquiries, conversions, and pipeline performance. • Coach, train, and performance manage Sales Executives. • Ensure compliance with OEM standards, dealership policies, and F&I processes. • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, corporate clients, and fleet buyers. • Manage vehicle stock levels in conjunction with the Dealer Principal and OEM. • Analyse sales reports, market trends, and competitor activity to maximise opportunities. • Oversee customer satisfaction and resolve escalated customer concerns. • Drive accessory, value-added product, and finance penetration alongside the F&I department. Minimum Requirements
• 5+ years' experience in a New Vehicle Sales Management role within a franchised dealership. • Proven track record of consistently achieving sales and GP targets. • Strong leadership and people management skills. • Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer relationship abilities. • Sound understanding of OEM standards and dealership operations. • Valid driver's licence. • Matric (tertiary qualification advantageous).
