New Business Sales Executive

Hire Resolve’s client is seeking a motivated and target-driven New Business Sales Executive with a strong hunter mentality and experience in the Electronics Manufacturing, Security, ICT, Telecoms, Networking or IT industry. The successful candidate will focus on generating new business, developing client relationships and achieving sales targets. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Generate new business through cold calling, outbound prospecting and networking.

• Arrange and attend face-to-face client meetings.

• Identify new market opportunities and develop client relationships.

• Prepare quotations and sales proposals.

• Manage the sales pipeline and achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

• Work with management and technical teams to provide suitable client solutions.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in new business sales.

• Experience in Electronics Manufacturing, Security, ICT, Telecoms, Networking or IT sales.

• Strong prospecting, negotiation and closing skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience in solution-based selling; technical or electronic solutions experience is advantageous.

• Self-motivated, professional and target-driven, with the ability to work independently.

• Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle.

• Comfortable with daily face-to-face client meetings.
