Our client in the courier industry is currently looking for a New Business Development Executive , in Johannesburg
Duties & Responsibilities
Set and achieve sales goals while implementing effective sales strategies.
Research prospective clients and generate new business leads.
Engage with prospective and existing customers via telephone, email, and face-to-face meetings.
Respond to customer queries and resolve concerns professionally.
Prepare and present quotations and business proposals.
Manage the sales pipeline using CRM and sales management software.
Build and maintain an accurate CRM database.
Consistently meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Participate in sales meetings and contribute to team success.
Desired Experience & Qualification
New business development experience
Minimum of 2 years' sales experience within the courier industry
Excellent customer service and sales skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
