What you will be doing

• Design, configure, and maintain Netskope SSE modules - including Next-Gen Secure Web Gateway (NG-SWG), Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB), Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA), and Data Loss Prevention (DLP).
• Deploy, manage, and optimise CrowdStrike Falcon platform agents across endpoint environments - fine-tuning detection policies, managing threat exclusions, and assisting SOC teams during incident escalation.
• Administrate Mimecast Targeted Threat Protection (TTP), URL/Attachment protection, impersonation protection, content filtering, and email archiving.
• Maintain DMARC, DKIM, and SPF configurations.
• Maintain perimeter firewalls, VPN configurations, network segmentation, and micro-segmentation, and integrate network controls with SASE architectures.
• Streamline log ingestion and alert telemetry between Netskope, CrowdStrike, and Mimecast into our centralized SIEM/SOAR platform.
• Conduct regular security policy reviews, perform root-cause analysis on complex threats, and serve as Tier 3 engineering support for security incidents.

What our client is looking for

• Hands-on experience configuring Netskope (or similar platforms like Zscaler or Palo Alto Prisma Access), including SWG, CASB, ZTNA, and DLP.
• Background in perimeter firewalls, VPNs, network segmentation, micro-segmentation, and email security protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, Mimecast).
• Experience managing CrowdStrike Falcon (or equivalent platforms like SentinelOne/Defender) for policy tuning, exclusions, and incident escalation.
• Ability to ingest and integrate logs and alert data from network and endpoint security platforms into a centralized SIEM/SOAR.
• Tier 3 escalation experience handling complex threats, performing root-cause analysis, and supporting SOC teams.
• Experience conducting regular policy reviews and maintaining network security posture.
