Duties & Responsibilities
Understanding of IT background in Telco/ISP environment
ISP background or IP Network layer understandin.
Valid CCNA Mandatory.
Routing, Swtiching,Subnetting and troubleshooting.
VLAN
Desired Experience & Qualification
Education or Academic Qualification –
- Graduated or equivalent.
- CCNA/HCNA Certified Mandatory.
Work Exposure or Professional Experience –
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in service provider (ISP or Telco) in a network support role.
