About the Role As the Software Engineering Team Lead, you will lead a team of talented software engineers, champion engineering best practices, and ensure the successful delivery of critical business solutions. You'll work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, DevOps teams, and other stakeholders to build secure, scalable, and high-performing applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 25 software engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Take ownership of end-to-end solution delivery, ensuring quality, performance, and alignment with business requirements.
  • Provide technical leadership across .NET Core development, microservices architecture, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), and Hexagonal Architecture.
  • Drive engineering standards, code quality, automated testing, and CI/CD best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams within an Agile/Scrum environment to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Conduct performance reviews, provide coaching and feedback, and support individual career growth plans.
  • Identify opportunities to improve engineering processes, tools, and delivery methodologies.
  • Balance hands-on software development with leadership responsibilities to achieve exceptional outcomes.

Requirements

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as a Senior Software Engineer , Technical Lead, or Engineering Team Lead.
  • Strong leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Extensive experience with .NET Core and microservices-based architectures .
  • Solid understanding and practical experience with Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and Hexagonal Architecture .
  • Strong MySQL expertise, including database design, optimization, and administration.
  • Experience building secure, scalable, and high-performing RESTful APIs.
  • Hands-on experience with Docker and container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes .
  • Strong knowledge of Git , GitHub/GitLab, and modern source control workflows.
  • Experience implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies, with experience leading Agile teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and delivery-focused mindset.
