A security company in West Rand is looking for a National Technical Manager.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a national team of technicians to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Oversee installations, maintenance, repairs, and technical projects nationwide.
- Provide technical support, coaching, and performance management to technicians.
- Manage customer escalations and resolve complex technical issues.
- Monitor stock control, technician productivity, and operational performance.
Prepare payroll inputs, performance reports, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Desired Experience & Qualification
- 6-8 Years Relevant Technical Experience (CCTV, Access Control, Alarms etc.)
- Min 2 Years Supervisory / Management experience
- Experience working with Microsoft Packages especially Excel
- Experience working with stock and management thereof
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
Package & Remuneration
- Basic Salary: R25 000 – R28 000
