NATIONAL SHEQ MANAGER – JHB EAST
Prism Placements is partnering with a leading player in South Africa’s automotive / manufacturing space to secure an exceptional NATIONAL SHEQ MANAGER . This is your opportunity to take ownership of a national SHEQ function within a leading equipment group, driving strategy, compliance and best practice across multiple branches and sites.
Are you a strategic, hands-on SHEQ leader who can influence at executive level while ensuring safety, health, environmental, quality, facilities, security and risk management standards are consistently delivered on the ground. Duties & Responsibilities
Remuneration
- R1.5M C.T.C. per annum (excl bonus).
Experience & Requirements
- Relevant B-degree Health and Safety Management (Honours added advantage).
- Min 10yrs relevant SHEQ experience, including 5yrs in a senior group-level management – dealing with EXCO
- Strong knowledge of the OHS Act, ISO:9001, ISO:14001, ISO:45001 and COIDA.
- Proven leadership, strategic thinking and the ability to drive change across a national operation.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel nationally essential.
