National Operations Specialist (Property) - Midran

Role Requirements

• Technical Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering , or an equivalent Facilities Management qualification.
• OHS / SAMTRAC qualification will be advantageous.
• 35 years' experience within a Facilities Management or Property Operations environment.
• Proven exposure to CAPEX project execution and building technical systems.
• Experience in multi-site operations and building/technical systems.
• Experience monitoring CAPEX and project execution, including site-level quality verification.
• Knowledge of health and safety, compliance and audit processes.
• Experience with operational reporting, data consolidation and dashboards/systems management.
• Strong Facilities Management knowledge.
• Project Management experience.
• Knowledge of building maintenance and technical infrastructure.
• Understanding of legal risk and compliance requirements.
• Strong organisational and execution capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities across a portfolio.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
• High level of accountability, integrity and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with site-based Operations Managers and other stakeholders.
