Start free — we apply for you →- An opportunity is available for a National Financial Manager to provide strategic financial leadership across a multi-regional property portfolio. The role focuses on financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, portfolio performance analysis, asset management, capital expenditure planning, feasibility studies, executive reporting, and supporting strategic business decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Economics, Property Studies, or a related field
- CASA, CIMA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent professional qualification advantageous
- 8–10 years' experience in property finance, commercial finance, asset management, or investment analysis
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior financial management role
- Experience managing multi-regional property portfolios
- Advanced financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, and feasibility analysis skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with strong analytical and commercial acumen
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, reporting, and presentation skills
