Key Focus Areas
Develop and deliver driver training programs (RTMS, AARTO, SANS 1395 compliance).
Conduct on-cab assessments, toolbox talks, and defensive driving courses.
Promote safe, fuel-efficient, and environmentally responsible driving.
Manage driver certification, learnerships, and performance scoring.
Ensure compliance with legislative, SETA, QCTO, and company requirements.
Requirements
Code 14 license + PrDP, 3+ years driving experience.
5 plus years truck & trailer driver training experience (FMCG/QSR cold chain).
Accredited Driver Training qualification, Tail lift Operator license.
Strong communication skills (multilingual advantage).
Technical expertise in vehicle operations, telematics, and driver scoring systems.
Preferred
TETA/SAQA Professional Driving NQF Level 5+.
Defensive, economical, and rollover prevention training certifications.
