Welder – Property Maintenance Company (Cape Town)We are seeking a skilled and reliable Welder to join our property maintenance team in Cape Town.Key Responsibilities:Perform welding, fabrication, and repair work on gates, fences, burglar bars, handrails, steel structures, and other metalwork.Carry out on-site maintenance and repairs at residential and commercial properties.Read and interpret basic drawings and measurements.Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.Assist with general maintenance duties when required.Minimum Requirements:Proven experience as a welder (MIG, TIG, and Arc welding experience will be advantageous).Valid welding certification or relevant trade qualification is preferred.Experience in property maintenance or construction is an advantage.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Valid driver's licence will be advantageous.Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Reliable, punctual, and professional.What We Offer:Competitive salary based on experience.Full-time, permanent position.Opportunity to work with a growing property maintenance company.Supportive and professional working environment.Location: Cape TownIf you have the required skills and experience and are looking for a rewarding opportunity, we'd love to hear from you.
