We're looking for a motivated and reliable Multi-Skilled Machine Operator to join our production team. Detail: About the Role The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and monitoring multiple machines across our canning line, ensuring efficient production while maintaining the highest quality, safety, and food hygiene standards. Key Responsibilities Operate multiple canning line machines safely and efficiently. Perform machine setup, changeovers, and basic adjustments. Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot minor faults. Conduct routine quality checks throughout production. Perform daily cleaning and basic preventative maintenance. Minimise downtime and production waste. Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment. Work collaboratively with the production and maintenance teams. Comply with all health, safety, and food safety procedures. Minimum Requirements Minimum 3 years' experience operating industrial manufacturing machinery. Proven experience operating multiple canning line machines . Experience in the food or beverage manufacturing industry will be advantageous. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work shifts, overtime, and weekends when required. Reliable, quality-focused, and safety conscious. Experienced machine operator with the ability to work across multiple production line machines. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Excellent problem-solving skills.
