Are you a results-driven sales professional with a background in financial services or estate planning? Our client, a reputable financial consultants firm, is seeking a dynamic and multi-skilled Wills Sales Consultant to join their Alternative Sales team.

Key Responsibilities

Client Consultations & Sales: Engage with clients to assess their estate planning needs, conduct telephonic consultations, provide transparent quotes, and meet individual sales targets. Cross-Selling: Actively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within our client''s short- and long-term financial solution portfolios. Relationship Management: Build long-term client trust, promptly resolve queries, and maintain meticulous records within the CRM system. Compliance & Finalization: Ensure all sales and documentation strictly align with legal and regulatory standards, collaborating closely with legal partners to finalize and deliver wills. Performance & Collaboration: Track and report daily sales performance to the Sales Manager and participate in active team meetings and daily buzz sessions.

Job Requirements

Matric Certification. RE5 and FAIS qualifications are required (e.g., NQF5 Wealth Management). Relevant certifications in estate planning or financial planning are highly advantageous. A tertiary qualification in Business, Law, or a related field will be an added advantage. At least 2 years of proven sales or customer service experience, with a track record of meeting targets. Desirable experience selling both long-term and short-term financial products. High proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and closing skills. Strong organizational skills and a high degree of integrity when handling confidential information.
