We are seeking a skilled MuleSoft Developer with strong integration experience for a 6-month contract with one of our esteemed banking clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining APIs and integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, enabling seamless communication between internal and external systems.
Duties & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement MuleSoft-based integrations and APIs.
Develop RAML-based API specifications and manage lifecycle using Anypoint Platform.
Ensure secure, scalable, and reliable API integrations across systems.
Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and testers to deliver high-quality solutions.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing MuleSoft flows and applications.
Support deployment processes and provide post-implementation support.
Ensure alignment with best practices, security, and compliance requirements in the banking domain.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Mandatory Skills & Experience
4–6+ years of overall integration/development experience.
3+ years of hands-on experience in MuleSoft Anypoint Platform .
Experience with RESTful/SOAP Web Services , RAML , DataWeave , Mule 4 .
Strong knowledge of integration patterns , API-led connectivity , and error handling .
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines , Git , Maven , and deployment to CloudHub or on-prem.
Understanding of security protocols (OAuth 2.0, SSL, etc.) and role-based access.
Desirable Skills
Experience working in the banking or financial services sector.
Familiarity with core banking systems or payment systems integration .
Knowledge of DevOps tools (Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes).
MuleSoft Certification (Developer or Architect) is a plus.
