MS ID Sales Engineer

Duties & Responsibilities

Purpose

• To educate Distribution partners, System Integrators and End users

• Engineer and design solutions around Web OS product offering

• Regularly update product specification to support sales staff

• Competitor comparisons - spec for spec

• Responsible for all technical queries for both monitor signage and commercial TV

Key responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

D Product Strategy/Plan

• Support the ID System Integrator partners and End-user customers with day to day issues 30%

• Training of ID System Integrator partners and End-user customers 30%

• Keep the ID Staff up to date with any Technical and Specification changes 10%

• Onsite Technical support and Sales support 20%

• General office work, Software License issuing, meetings10%

In-Depth Product / Brand Knowledge

• Signage Hardware and Software knowledge

• CTV Hardware and Software knowledge

• Ongoing training supplied by RHQ

• Self-driven industry knowledge including competitor products

Stock control

• Manage and Control showroom stock

• Ensure showroom is always presentable for clients

Strong Customer Relationships

• Presentable manner with customers

• Build relationships with Key System Integrator partners in both Signage and CTV

• Respond timeously to Key End user customers

• Ensure customer needs are established and reviewed

• Dealer/Retailer presentations

• Certification of all company Partners / Design and execute the certification program on CTV, LED and Monitor Signage.

Reports

• Monthly RHQ Training report

• Monthly Software License sales report

Desired Experience & Qualification

Required Qualifications

• A+ N+ Certification

Required Experience

• 3 – 5 years IT experience

• Customer interaction experience

• Minimum 3-5 years industry/IT& ID products sales experience

• MS Office Suite (Intermediate)

• Possession of a reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license
