PURPOSE OF THE POSITION the purpose of this role is to provide safe, efficient, and timely delivery of SPAR2U customer orders within the designated delivery area while delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining the highest standards of road safety. Duties & Responsibilities
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
- Deliver customer orders accurately and within the required delivery timeframes.
- Ensure all deliveries are handled with care to maintain product quality.
- Always operate the company motorbike safely and responsibly.
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report any defects or maintenance requirements.
- Adhere to all road traffic regulations and company policies.
- Provide friendly, professional, and courteous customer service during every delivery.
- Use GPS and navigation applications to determine the most efficient delivery routes.
Desired Experience & Qualification
SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE
- Valid South African Motorcycle Driver's Licence (Code A).
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a motorcycle delivery drive
- Clean driving record
- Sound knowledge of road safety regulations
- Ability to use google maps and GPS systems
- Coaching skills
